Registration

To pre-register for the conference, please download the Registration Form (pdf format, requires Adobe Acrobat Reader) and mail it with your payment to the address specified on the form. The registration fee is $20.00 for an individual or $25.00 for a couple. Registration forms must be postmarked by May 15, 2008. Please do not mail forms after May 15th, you will need to register at the door. Registration at the door will be $30.00 for an individual or $35.00 for a couple.

Scholarships are available for those needing financial assistance with the registration fee.
