General Information

Audiotapes/CD:
All the talks at the conference will be taped and CDs and tapes will be available to purchase and take home the same day.

Children:
Our conference is designed for parents and teens. Due to facility limitations and safety concerns, we ask that no children other than nursing infants accompany you to the conference. If you do bring your children, we will have to charge. Also, it is recommended that you bring a sling or backpack for babies as there are steps that make a stroller difficult to deal with.

Food: A dinner buffet will be available on Friday night and lunch on Saturday as follows:
Dinner Buffet
Vegetable and Tomato Basil Soups, Salad Bar, Dessert and Drinks. $7.00 Per Person
Lunch Buffet
Assorted Submarine Sandwiches, Salads, Dessert, and Drinks. $7.00 Per Person

Meals must be requested and paid for on your mail in registration form prior to May 15th. Meals will not be available to purchase when you register at the door or in the dining area the day of the conference.

No other food or drink will be available for purchase during the conference.

Handicap accessibility:
Handicap accessibility is limited. Please contact us ahead of time if you have specific concerns.

Receipt:
Your cancelled check is your receipt. We will not mail you anything prior to the conference.
